Review of Technical Files for

CE Marking of Pressure Equipment

We conduct a detailed technical review of documentation associated with CE marking of pressure equipment, in compliance with Directive 2014/68/EU (PED) and its national implementation.

We assess the conformity of technical files (manuals, calculations, certificates, inspection procedures, etc.) with applicable requirements, ensuring traceability and validity of the documentation provided by manufacturers or suppliers.

Our services include:

  • Document verification of essential safety requirements

  • Review of technical specifications, drawings, and conformity certificates

  • Technical assistance during audits and conformity assessment procedures

  • Coordination with Notified Bodies when required

We provide complete drafting of technical projects for the legalization or modification of industrial facilities, covering key disciplines such as:

  • Chemical Storage (APQ): Facility design in accordance with APQ Regulation and its Complementary Technical Instructions (ITC), compatibility analysis, and preparation of related drawings and calculations.

  • Pressure Equipment: Sizing, regulatory justification, process diagrams, and equipment lists in compliance with Royal Decree RD 2060/2008.

  • Electrical Installations: Technical reports, single-line diagrams, and low-/medium-voltage electrical projects for industrial zones, ATEX areas, or classified environments.

  • Civil Works and Industrial Construction: Structural design, foundations, architectural adaptations, and coordination with technical disciplines.
